The Enea Group provides its staff with a safe and attractive work environment. To this end:

GOOD PRACTICES

  • In 2023, Enea invited pupils of the schools that we support to the 5th edition of Power to Start, a competition designed to strengthen the relationship between schools and the power industry. The competition attracted a lot of interest, with 40 entries from 18 schools. The participants explored the secrets of new technologies in the energy industry, and the jury, which included Employees of Enea, evaluated, among others: an original design of a hydrogen-powered unicycle for a holiday trip and new sources of electricity, including for the purposes of space missions, Internet of Things devices and smart electronic accessories.
  • Since 2023, Employees of Enea Operator’s technical services have been developing their skills not only on-site, but also while on the move, using virtual reality The project is a result of research and development work carried out by the distribution company in cooperation with the Poznań University of Technology and Poznań University of Economics and Business.
