BEST PRACTICES

  • E-learning courses are becoming more and more popular in our companies. They provide scheduling flexibility and make it possible to adjust the pace of learning to individual needs. The e-learning formula significantly reduces training costs and at the same time allows more people to use the learning opportunity.
  • The Employees of most of the Enea Group’s companies are eligible to receive subsidies for their studies (e.g. postgraduate, engineering, master’s, bachelor’s, MBA) or for language courses.
