We are distinguished by our flexible offering and complementary products. One the one hand they emphasise our comprehensive approach to Customers’ needs, on the other, they are evidence that we monitor the current market situation and we can adjust our organisation and our offer accordingly. In 2023, we carried out a number of Customer satisfaction surveys which revealed that the direction which we had taken was right. However, there is still room for improvement. And this will be the focus of our future efforts. Enea supplies electricity to 2.7 million Customers, including businesses and strategic entities, which have a significant impact on the development of the economy.
