Support for vulnerable electricity consumers

In 2023, Enea SA carried out the statutory obligations to minimise the social consequences of rising electricity prices. The measures covered both individual and institutional consumers. We also continued our programmes of Support of ENEA S.A. Consumers in paying current and past due liabilities and Solutions alternative to suspending electricity to individual Customers of ENEA S.A.

On our website we posted an Energy efficiency manual with advice how to monitor electricity consumption and what new technologies to use to ensure energy efficiency in households. The guidelines included in the manual also promote environmental protection.
